5) How successful has the camp been in previous years?
The success of the David Brothers All-Star Lacrosse Camp is largely due to the experience and attitude of our coaches and trained staff, who love working with our campers to help them achieve their goals. Year after year, we have enjoyed an incredibly high camper return rate. But, don't take it from us, click HERE to read some comments from our campers and parents.
6) How much attention will my child receive?
We deliver excellent training, ensuring that each camper receives instruction and practice at the appropriate level of lacrosse. Whether they are honing their skills or just learning the game, our on-site coaches, trained staff, guest speakers and both former and current college stars are there all session long -- ensuring that each participant receives the attention they deserve!
7) May parents attend camp activities?
Of course! Parents are always welcome to attend
any camp activities.
8) What happens if it rains?
In the event of a electrical storm, we will immediately direct campers to shelter and then make a decision whether to wait it out or cancel camp for the remainder of the day. During a rain shower, we will remain on the field and continue to play!
9) Should my camper bring lunch to camp?
Bringing lunch is not necessary, as camp dismisses at 1:00 PM daily. Campers should bring snacks to all sessions if they wish. Water will be out and available for campers each day of all sessions.
10) What should my camper bring to camp?
For all days of camp, participants should bring the following items:
Boys: Lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, lacrosse shoes, gloves, and mouthguard. Goalies should also bring a chest protector, throat guard and protective cup.
Girls: Lacrosse stick, goggles and mouthguard. Goalies should also bring a helmet, throat guard and their protective padding.
If your camper does not already own the above equipment, it will be available to rent. Please indicate this in your registration form so that we can accommodate your camper's needs!
